Give me an example of a time when you received credit individually for work that was completed by a team. What did you do about it?
I was continually asked hypotheticals of questions. For example, I was asked "Name a time when a team member poorly contributed to your team result and a supervisor told you?" I answered it then they continued it with "What did you learn?" then with "would you handle the situation differently now?" following with "So the real world isn't like that, say for example...." This would go on for a few more questions.
After the rotational program, are you interested in process engineering, sales, the lab, or completely undecided?
Describe a time when there was a problem on a team you worked on and what did you do? Did you ever have to break the rules? Who did you contact?
Using the components of a pen, if you could make another item what would you make?
-What does quality mean to you? -Identify / discuss one of your weaknesses -Asked me to expand upon some of my specific previous experiences -Why medical device / St. Jude? Why a rotational program?
I can't remember the most difficult question, I just know the interviewer was able to get in a lot of questions in that short amount of time. They were all pretty much in the context of my resume too.
