What's your approach to managing struggling employees
As this was a global role - they were mainly focused on how I've worked in different goes.
We discussed team structures for how one might arrange different product teams, digging into generalist vs specialist roles as they pertain to rapidly growing product organizations.
Nothing was particularly difficult. The hiring manager asked about my management style etc but no technical questions per say.
Mostly on leadership and management -- typical questions around hiring, team building, team motivation, conflict resolution and prioritization.
What's the project of which you're most proud in the last ~4 positions you've held? Why?
Do you enjoy learning new things (WCF is very nimble and very fast-paced as an organization)? For example, we're working on transitioning some backend software to Golang and Node, moving some frontend software from Angular7 to React, and continuing to take advantage of stack components that serve us in the best possible fashion. How would you work in that kind of fast-paced environment?
