Mostly on OS concepts(RTOS and linux )and bareboard device drivers. Coding round on datastructures and CPP concepts. Questions vary between average to difficult. More stress is on checking your concepts where cramming up might not help.

Lots of questions about the projects on my resume and previous work experience. This probably consisted of 80% of the interview.
Phone Question Stuff: Basic OOP stuff, best know your encapsulation, polymorphic, ect. Know your C++, they asked about what a Friend is, so it seems like they wanted to know exactly how much youve played in the language. Memory stuff, Stack vs Heap.
In person: Tell me about a difficult project youve done? Tell me about a project you enjoyed They may ask you things about different processes youve worked before or how you go about finding solutions to problems in general. Nothing specific.
