I was literally asked this question: Tell me about yourself, the positions and what you did from a specific time date? What do you do at your current job? I was not asked specific details that were related to the position.
They asked me about my experience, my skills and my studies. Also, they gave me an exercise for the company to review.
Why do you think the mascot for the company is composed of a lizard and a bear?
Can you design and entire email with no assets, mimic a brand without using any of it's assets, come up with a design that sells products from their website.. in an hour.
