The majority of questions I was asked were situational and related directly to the company's core values. The questions were geared to touch upon past experiences and thoughts/views on the industry, technology of the company, and similar topics. After answering the proposed question, the conversation quickly became an open discussion that allowed for the back-and-forth of supporting ideas and experiences that were not necessarily directly related to the initial question.
