First interview with hiring manager: What experience do you have in this industry/with bespoke commercial arrangements? What do you think is the biggest issue we face? What regulations are applicable to the industry? Can you give me an example of when you faced a difficult situation/individual at work and how you dealt with it? Second interview: Nonsense such as asking a lawyer how the TFL payments hardware on oyster terminals works in specific detail.
