What are three traits of a good leader?
My previous experience in document review work. They were also interested in discussing my legal experience more generally. I think they were interested in whether I would work well as part of a larger group of paralegals and lawyers. Also, they wanted to know that I would be flexible in the hours I could work. At times there are pressures to finish certain tasks within tight deadlines. They wanted to know that I would be happy to do this.
Most of the questions focused on my previous jobs and the responsibilities I handled in those roles.
