Will you be willing to work swing or graveyard shifts? What is your typing speed? How would your previous manager/supervisor describe you? What are some assets you can bring to the team? What are some of your strengths and weaknesses? How many times were you late or called in sick to your last job?
One thing they asked me was if an opportunity came up if I would be willing to relocate.
I believe one question they asked about was: How I would resolve a conflict between me and another employee.
What is your aviation experience? Why do you want to be a dispatcher and why choose PSA? Where do you see yourself in 5-10 years?
Can you tell me about your previous position and why did you leave the company. How familiar are you with different areas?
