What type of food manufacturing experience do you have?
Before the on-site, I had coffee and dinner meetings with the VP. My on-site looked like this: - System Design 1 hour - career deep dive w/VP Eng 1 hour - chat with leadership (Head of Data Science) 1 hour - chat with engineer 30 mins There was supposed to be another technical session on the phone with an advisor but that never got scheduled. I would have been more than happy to do it. Overall, it was pretty chill. I didn't prepare at all. I just acted like myself, stayed positive, and was very open and honest. I guess they liked what they heard because I got a verbal offer the next day.
