I will say, having metrics and specific examples on working with other departments, cross-selling, leadership style, hiring and managing practices and how you achieved growth in your last business would probably be an advantage.

Two and I mean two people told me that they have very little ready-made solutions at CGI and they asked me what I would do to alleviate this? What am I - Jesus? Can I make products appear out of thin air. Ahahhahahah

I was asked if I belonged to any specific group/church/organizations. I did not know what was meant by that and where these questions were headed as I was asked the same question several times in different ways. I guess they wanted to know my affiliation with or against a certain group. In the end, I inferred they were trying to see if I have any prejudice against a specific race. Of course I was not, but some of these questions were rather not so legal, and out of the norm, to say the least.
