How do you handle stress?
This company had a long orientation process that taught you through everything that someone with brain injury would struggle with ; and how they could learn from a set of scheduled events and activities that happened on a regular basis. Most of thier questions related on some level to this process then I needed to integrate into thier schedules.
Why am I coming back?
Experience. Describe a life challenge. What led up to it? How I handled the situation? If I thought that there maybe another way I could have handled it?
Have I done a job like this before?
We have fostered a great non-toxic work environment in Telecare. Are you able to honor that?
