It was a nice interview, without standard questions. I would say it was a free-speech interview. At least this is how I saw it then.

Don't worry. Technical interview is not so tough. 3rd Panel: Some behavioral questions and about your current job. 4rd indian Panel(HR will take): Again know the MBM principles thats it. They don't know other than this and the HR who did this was recently joined and he also don't know much.
