What has been your experience in working with Eloqua?
Too many to recount - but definitely more focused on high level strategy and leadership far more than any tactical questions (as you would expect).
There were a bunch of specific questions regarding my background, skills, experience, etc. And there were a lot of questions that were more with the intention of evaluating my personality and work preferences. I appreciated the mix of questions that both challenged me to present concrete examples and data points as well as those that were lighthearted and made me feel like the goal was to learn more about me as a person.
I was given a scenario and asked to explain how I'd handle it. I think it was something like "how would you handle a drop in lead volume from email?"
What are some successful campaigns you've executed on in the past? Describe your experience in working cross-functionally with sales. What are some of the core KPIs you look at to determine the success of a marketing campaign?
