Basic background questions about current role and experience. Ability to handle volume and collaborate with teammates. A lot of questions were geared towards my fit into the team's culture.
Not a question, but they will ask you to go over general information including your work history/background and what your job responsibilities were, why are are looking for/applying for a new job, what is your experience level with calculating different types of income especially self-employment income.
If your know your schedules you will be fine.

Pretty typical finance and mortgage questions.
Question on self employment tax returns. Make sure you know the different types 1040, Schedule C etc.
Honestly there were no difficult or unexpected questions. I was asked general UW questions (two) but any underwriter with experience would be able to answer.
How did you handle a situation where you didn't agree with your boss decision. Did you try to change your bosses mind, did you see it as a gray zone, or did you go along with what they said was the answer.
