1.Can you tell me a bit about yourself?

The HM seems interests to solve this in real-time, when I asked about can a physical store be re-arrange in real time, got the response like solve in real time, change the physical store in a weeks time, not able to digest what we are solving, nor have any clue what we are trying to solve.
