One person went through behavioral questions given to them from Danaher (parent company). Others asked some behavioral questions, resume questions, questions about Beckman (Why do you like the company, what do you know about the company, why you chose engineering, why do you like the position, etc). Was asked a few questions about business ethics and what I would do in certain situations. Was given many followup questions from my responses. Wanted to make sure I was being honest and fully understand my reasoning.

Others asked some behavioral questions, resume questions, questions about Beckman (Why do you like the company, what do you know about the company, why you chose engineering, why do you like the position, etc). Was asked a few questions about business ethics and what I would do in certain situations. Was given many followup questions from my responses. How was that like?  Was there ever a project you worked on where you would have done something differently, in hindsight?  Which programming languages are you familiar with?  Do you have location preference / limitations?  Are you open to working outside of healthcare / life sciences division?  Are you open to taking early / late calls, as a result of globalization?  How are you working with a diverse group, with people from all cultures? - Tell me about a time you went above and beyond the call of duty - Tell me about a time you worked to convince others of your opinion - Describe everything you know about the IT process behind pharmaceutical development
