Questions not really about my skills and experience but mainly about "imagination" - such as how I would get on with people I had never met and other theoretical scenarios. I suspect they are 100% interested in behaviours and cultural fit. Having spent over 5 hours in their building, they provided zero feedback, hired none of the applicants and I gained no positive feelings towards them or their company. A grain of decency and humanity is always appreciated.
