STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result ) Questions: 1. Tell me a situation when you had improved the existing process to support the client. Process improvement that affected all the groups in the organization. 2. Describe a situation where you faced project obstacles/ challenges. How did you overcome that?
There really wasn't a difficult or unexpected question, just wish I'd actually gotten an interview with someone besides the recruiter.
