Les questions étaient ok et il n'y avait rien de totalement inattendu, mais vu que je n'ai jamais travaillé pour ESA avant, j'ai souvent été seulement en mesure de donner des réponses générales. Il est probablement bon d'avoir un peu de connaissance sur le cadre et les procédures des logiciels ESA pour pouvoir répondre plus en détail.

Questions were very great but not specific//broad enough (2 main questions on challenges faced at my past working places and mostly questioned evidences on how I solved challenges ie quantifying how high are my negotiating skills without a structured metric, quantifying how good i am at...,etc) as I later found out that interviewer wanted to know more than the questions asked, but didn’t ask for in particular and specificity (and was insinuated//labelled for not deliberating or articulating enough about it).
