DAY 1 Interview started with 2 programming questions on coderbyte and time given was 1.15 mins. I used Python to write the codes and successfully ran both the programs in around 45 mins and passed all the test cases. I was very confident that i would clear coding round and of-course, I did. There were more candidate who didn't pass the coding test and sent back home. My second round was f2f technical interview. Interviewer was very good wrt knowledge and experience. He asked me questions on my past projects, SQL, Python, data structures, big data and ML. Interview took almost 1 hour. Interviewer was very impressed with my first coding round, resume and technical knowledge and told me that he would like to send me to the next technical round. Before my second technical interview HR manager came to me and told me that they are very impressed with me and would like to have second f2f interview. He asked me about my current salary and expected salary. I asked for 20 Lac and then he said as you are having 3-4 years of experience and we can only offer 20 lacs if having more than 4 yrs. of experience. He offered me 17 lacs as a CTC and 1.5 lac as a joining bonus. I was cool with it and we decided to talk more on salary at the end and the discussion ended with it. My second technical interview was held on the same day. Interviewer asked me questions on AWS, SQL, Data structures and the interview ended in around 45 mins. Interviewer din't give me any feed back but I was satisfied with this interview also. After that hr asked me to leave and told that there would be one USA round from that you can take from home and after that you have to come to office for VP and HR discussion. DAY 2 - Microsoft MEET During USA round interview asked questions about my past projects in details. Interview took around 1 hour. On the same day HR called me that you have cleared all the 3 rounds and we would like to call for final discussion with VP and HR. DAY 3 Next day only I went to their office. VP was busy with other meeting so they have scheduled my HR round first. HR was also impressed with my resume, past work, and all the feedback he got from previous rounds of interviews. He told me that we would like to close the process today only. HR discussion took 1 hour. Before speaking with VP, HR told me about VP in both personally and professionally ways. Interview with HR went well. Now the final round was with VP. The discussion with VP also went well. He asked me about why do you want to change and join blackhawk networks, I gave him honest answers which I don't think should be reason to reject my offer. He asked me about my career goals, past work experience. I also asked him questions about company's vision and other stuff. Discussion with VP ended in 1 hour. Then they asked me leave and told HR will call you. I was very confident that I would get this offer and left in very positive way. Almost after every round of interviews, interviewer said that they are very impressed with my work experience, skills, education background. Some of the interviewer also said that they also got to learn from me during the interview process. Before VP round, HR also gave me a hint that after clearing all the technical round they would like to close the offer as soon as possible. Salary discussion only happened during first day after clearing both the technical interviews (coding and f2f) and I was almost satisfied with what HR offered. I was expecting call on the same day as they mentioned they would like to close the offer asap I waited for their call that day but din't get any call thought they might need to discuss with other people as well. Then after 1 or 2 days sent email to HR asking for update and they didn't responded back. Then I called HR asking about update and HR said we can not take your candidature forward with blackhawk for now. When I asked about feedback HR was not able to give any. HR said VP just said no and didn't give any feedback.
