Why should we hire you
Some of the questions revolved around the role itself and why I felt I would be a good fit. Another question (2nd interview - asked by Akil) was a "what-if" - if I wasn't sure I was at the correct location, what would I do.
Walk me through day to day design activities in current role. What are ur challenges as a UX design manager.
The whole process was challenging. This was the first time I had gone through this type of interview. I would have preferred a live phone interview so that I could interact with someone and clarify any responses that were unclear.
Typical questions, nothing that should stun a Senior, Lead or Director. That's already a red flag.
Talk about a challenge that you have recently experienced.
