What did I know about the company
Tell us about yourself and your hobbies? What do you know about the company? Most questions was different scenarios like "A customer is rude, what do you do?" or "Tell us how you developed your communication skills".
The most difficult question i was ever asked was when a customer came to will call and was flirting and asked me out and i was married. He happened to be one of our good customers. i took it to my boss who called his boss and ask that he not come back to will call. it was so unexpected I didn't know what to say to him.
