The AML team consists of 10 AML professionals who review those transactions, and ultimately classify 300 of them as Money-Laundering transactions and 700 as non-Money-Laundering transactions. Questions: Describe various metrics to determine the efficiency of both the teams, how to ensure the system is working properly, where/at which level would you measure the efficiency for the AML team?
