What is your philosophy regarding how to be successful as an adult learner in an online environment?
General questions in the phone interview. I never got further than that, so was unable to answer any more detailed questions.
simple tech questions
The first 2 rounds were standard and SME-related. The third round involved questions about another subject-matter area clearly outside my expertise. I was essentially asked, "Could you cover those if I cannot?"
How would you help a struggling student?
Why you chose WGU? When was the last time you've gone above and beyond? How have you helped students in the past who struggle?
No difficult questions.
The area being requested was an interdisciplinary studies area where instructors specialize in many different topics. Not having a directed question or a course description (was told one was not available) made this very difficult.
