Keine besonderen Fragen wurden gestellt.
Es wurde die Frage nach der Motivation gestellt und man sollte erörtern, wie man sich die Arbeit als Syndikus in dem Unternehmen vorstelle und wieso man selbst dafür in Frage komme. Fachliches wurde nicht abgefragt, was bei Juristen aber auch unüblich ist. Keine Fangfragen o.Ä, nicht einmal die ewig gestrigen "was ist ihre größte Schwäche" Floskeln. Es ging mehr darum, den Kandidaten ernsthaft kennen zu lernen.

I will not post here the problems since it would be unfair towards BS. Anyway they tested not only my legal skills, but also and especially how I face problems in areas different from legal ones: they want to evaluate your lateral thinking and your ability to analyze and solve problems you are unfamiliar with.
