They asked about my experiences and the processes I used and culture.
You seemed to be privileged having the opportunity to study and travel to various countries, assuming mostly that was supported by your parents, what have you done solely by yourself?
All the questions were about conflict resolution which is odd for a tenured recruiter. Really difficult to answer. Having mastered avoiding time wasting conflict this was a red flag. Not warm or friendly at all.
