Most of the questions were pretty standard and stayed rather general about Bloomberg and the role, but they did ask for 'three most important points about customer service.' The whole thing lasted about half an hour because the line wasn't great, but otherwise it wouldn't have been longer than fifteen minutes.
No need to prepare as they have a strange way of selecting candidates. I believe it tantamount to being unethical.

In my instance they pointed to questions and tasks on my resume and not really anything specific. Every questions started from my resume and then a follow up was done throughout my resume. I was also able to take control of the conversation by turning back questions that were asked which made them ask less questions and turned it into a conversation.
