The written test consists of 1) rewriting a hotel review (they say to edit it in a tiny box which is ridiculous - you need to rewrite the entire thing on another piece of paper); choosing a photo from a choice of four and reasoning why it should be the main pic; saying which other pics should be included and why. 2) reading five reviews from customers and then writing a hotel review based on this. 3) writing a letter to an unhappy hotelier who wants his hotel to be listed as the best one in the area. 4) writing a destination review - they give a couple of pointers that can be included. 5) proofreading You have no internet access and you can't type anything - so moving paragraphs around just isn't an option! What you write first, is what they read, pretty much.

What was the biggest challenge of your previous job?
I was asked to complete a task where I had to edit a document. I am highly skilled and know my content back to front. However, the recruiter replied back saying it wasn't of high quality and that other applicants had submitted better work. However, the job is still being advertised as has been for over a month since I initially applied for it. I do not really know what they want. I feel like this is an exercise to get people to do their work for free. The selection process seem very tedious for very low pay.
