The technical questions are not complicated, you have to solve a bug or implement a feature of a board, simulating a task board, as if it were a real job... They will also ask you questions about architecture, design patterns, good development practices, etc. And at the end you will do a pair programming session, where you will basically do the same thing as the first point but with someone else. All this distributed within the 3 interviews.
