Compensation Interview Questions

Really weird. Some interviewers asked me appropriate/applicable questions. Others asked me completely loaded/irrelevant questions. For example, what is your idea work schedule? Or questions related to the job when I was SPECIFICALLY told no prior experience was necessary. Clearly just an opportunity to make the interviewer feel smarter
Fairly general questions around the context of the role and related to my background, but it was fairly informal overall.
How good are you in Excel?
What is your proficiency with excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)?
Standard interview questions about job history, related projects, why are you willing to leave current employer etc.
What is it that you think makes you best qualified for this position?
How did I relate to the core value of wellness?
What inspired you to go into this field of interest?
There was none as I never got the scheduled call. For a company of this scale this sets very bad example of their client care, employee wok quality and communication quality. Ironically communication is what they are supposed to be best at.
