I honestly don't remember any questions they asked me. Probably just to tell them about myself.
Team relationship scenarios. Scenarios for residence. Situational. Walking through job experiences
In retrospect, I am glad this didn't work out due to the red flags. "Community" is a hot industry buzzword but often accompanied by a lack of understanding of what it means. I felt like I was being tasked to prove to them why they needed this position, which was uncomfortable. The interviews really had no questions about me personally. I don't know that leadership understood what they were hiring for.
