What would be the 1st troubleshooting step you take if someone tells you their wifi isn't working on their iPhone?

I was required to come up with a list of five colleges fit for a certain student, after being given that student's interest/needs/transcript. I then had to describe why one of these schools would be a good fit. I also had to write a sample letter of recommendation for a college for this pretend student, or submit a previous letter of support I had actually written for someone.
