The basic interview questions...how would you handle particular situations? how do you handle stress? Are you capable to meet deadlines and expectations etc. if you ever worked in customer service and dealt with people on a constant, you should nail this interviews.
They asked specific questions regarding being an adjuster when I had not prior adjusting experience...

They really emphasized the time management aspects and deadlines/difficulties of the job and wanted examples of how you handle changing priorities and difficult tasks, situations and time restraints. They also seemed to want more hard-nosed people when dealing with sensitive matters.
