TBF, I cannot recall verbatim yet it was aligned to experience in channel, past role history compared to this role, transferable skills, challenges overcome and how I would impact this role positively for the company. It was a discussion rather than being under a spotlight which was great and within a very relaxed environment. By no means was this easy but I was comfortable which assisted with responses.
The best question was the following: Tell us about a boss you didn't care for and why, and tell us about you really liked and why .
Nothing out of the ordinary was asked. Questions regarding regional partner relationships I currently have and had, along with how I have built out this region were pertinent questions.
