The questions weren't difficult or unexpected. The biggest issue facing the two C-levels was travel. They wanted to know how I would best handle international and domestic travel situations (like missing flights, canceled flights, etc.).

Mindgames....basically sorting out if you have what it takes to put up with their militaristic schedule ( gearing up to 30 clients, having to check in w/ them at least 1x per week, ie. 120 per month), keep track of all their A/R collection, for which your bonus (ie. salary) highly depends. All this for a chance to progress from essentially a $ 50k per year rate to a $ 78k per year to maybe $ 120k per year....while being on call 24/7.
