What would you change about the Wayfair website?
Most difficult question for me was "do you have any questions?". By that time, we had been almost an hour doing the STAR questions, and everyone obviously wanted to finish. So, I had to be very selective from the dozen or so questions I really wanted to ask if we had the time.

How do you handle the stakeholders?
Every cookie cutter question was asked at least 3x over the course of 6 total interviews. Tell me about yourself, why wayfair, tell me a time you didn't agree with someone, tell me a time you had to make a deadline, etc. Case Study - basic stuff if you've ever worked in performance marketing or used numbers to drive decisions. Basic year-to-year % increase, return on this or that, margins, seasonal shifts, explain why this might have happened, etc. "Coffee chat" role-play - "I am a furniture company and you want to sell our stuff but I say no, what do you say" (and prepare for "no....no....no....." without any rationale from a business who would want to make money).
Tell me about a time you take initiative in your organization.
Tell me about creative solutions you have used with vendor issues.
