They did not ask general questions like "Tell me about yourself" rather, they asked specific questions with specific and detailed situations and how I would handle it.
Interview started with Director asking if I had questions for him and staff, so be prepared. No big surprises, mainly queries about motivation for working with this population--homeless people with convictions, often felonies, "the more the better."
