Second interview, the manager gave me examples of a call question and I gave her ways I would provide answers. These were basic nursing type questions that a patient would ask. She asked personal questions to better understand my personality because it is a small department of 7 nurses and she wanted someone that would "fit" in. She asked about past employment and reasons for leaving. Her boss, gave details of the company and asked my long term goal, did the hours work for me, did I think I would like working at this company? He was concerned I would not like the position because it was a teaching job more than a case management job.

I did a lot of pre-prep for this interview, and used relevant situations that were complex that I had already encountered which I think helped a lot.
Why do you think you are suited to contract work?
