I answered the clients come first. Be friendly and smile. A smile means a lot. How would you prevent an angry client? I would never escalate the reaction. I replied if I couldn't make them happy I would call a manager to make them happy. Would you like changes? Would you like to work in different departments if needed?

Like said typical interview question. Special Agent did point out preferred use of star method. The real trick in all this isn't getting the job but passing the background check and being a good fit.
