At the beginning of my behaviorally interview I was asked to describe myself and right as a finished the interviewer said "Tell me who you really are" - it threw me off completely
1. First F2F- 10-12 Fit based questions, short 10-15 mins case 2. Second F2F- 1 hour to solve Biz case, followed by 20 minute presentation + Approx 20-22 in depth Questions to assess Fit Biz case- Similar to Consulting cases. Data is provided, case must be solved in stipulated time and then presented.
