This was our telephone interview: Interviewer: Have you sold merchant services before? Me: No Interviewer stunned and VERY SURPRISED: You, you haven't? Me: No Interviewer: Well, what sales experience do you have? Me: Do you have my resume there? Interviewer: No (What kind of interviewer is not ready for an interview?) After explaining my sales background the interviewer asks, "Are you OK working as a 1099 employee?" Me: That's not what the job description says.
