I asked "How would I measure my success in this role" and he replied "We rely on the word of your peers here." This means that if anybody doesn't like you and they say something negative about you, you will be let go without warning. This is an At-Will Employment location.
General question - nothing out of the ordinary. Was informed that next steps would include follow up information within the next week as other candidates also being looked at.
He asked "What makes you a good fit for this role" and then he interrupted me to talk about himself. That was just about the only question he asked. As I mentioned above, this is a company that provides 0 training. Also, this is a company that always tries to fit 6 day projects into 3 days. This places a lot of stress onto everybody involved and technicians very often skip their lunch break.
I was asked many things, but mainly how I managed projects and if I was comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time.
