If your Interview is online even then you need to be properly dressed, be before time. Greet them, ask intellectual things only.
• Interview started with basic question i.e, Tell me about yourself? • Then it was all about technical questions :- - Questions related to CV - Difference between CARO2016 & CARO2020 - Concept of Audit Planning & Materiality - Difference between depreciation and Impairment - Audit Assertions for P&L & Balance sheet items - Difference between TOC and TOD - Explain Analytical Procedures applied in audit - Explanation on IndAs 115 & IndAs 116 - Amendments to Schedule III - Accounting principles mostly - Going concern concept
Few of the interview questions which I remember them asking me were (in no particular order): 1. Walk us through your resume 2 Where did you do your internship, what all work did you do, recommendations and findings? (Extremely important) 3. How to you fit into the role offered? 4. Accounting questions cause the job offered was for Audit etc.
