I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Global Savings Group (Paris). I recently went through the recruitment process for the Software Engineer II position at this company, and overall I was impressed with the experience. The process consisted of 3 interviews: - one with HR (30min), one where I completed a simple rest API coding task at home - a technical interview that lasted an hour. - If you pass the technical interview, you move on to the final round which is a one-hour culture fit interview. The HR interview was a great way to get introduced to the company and learn more about the position. The technical interview was challenging but well-structured, and I appreciated the opportunity to demonstrate my coding skills in real-time. I found the culture fit interview to be particularly valuable. It gave me a chance to meet some of the people I would be working with and get a sense of the company's values and culture. Overall, I would rate this recruitment process as very positive. The interviews were well-organized, the interviewers were friendly and professional, and the coding task was a great way to showcase my skills. I'm excited to join this company as a Software Engineer II and I look forward to contributing to its success.
