The interview process was very long. For some reason, they had 2 rounds of cultural fit interview by the same person asking the same kind of questions. Very strange. Even for the entry level role, the candidate had to prepare 2 case studies. The timelines of knowing the result is quite long. If unsuccessful, they don't provide a detailed feedback. Overall the whole recruitment process is dragging and unconstructive.
