Other than the online eval, there were not many questions concerning actual technical knowledge; most of the questions were "how did you handle this situation" or "what sorts of projects have you worked on" types of inquiries. Since I have mostly worked on the infrastructure side and this is what they were looking for, this was pretty logical.

Majority of the conversation was difficult to understand even though I typically don't have an issue with accents. How long I had been on the contract and positions.
