Q2 - Express checkout so you don't have to put in card details each time. Q3 - Think access to browser history could be a privacy issue. Might not have all emails if there are people outside of Capital One umbrella. Use database validation Q4 - Figure out if this is internal issue or external. Reroute the broken links to Capital One website. Q5 - Talk about branding. Improvement could be highlighting this availability to outside of capital one customers. Q6 - Talk about spend and success rate. Template 2 showed consistent results and a "sweet spot" for spend to click rate and open rate for emails.
