Was asked to present task I did for them in an earlier stage, before the final interview.
Just the fact that my most relevant experience was not recent seemed like the drawback. Also felt uncomfortable discussing salary at the initial stage.
The first round was solid. We talked about my experience and what I could bring to the company. The second round interview focused on competency based questions which is laughable in this day and age.
