I found it odd in the second stage interview which was for the position of Personal Assistant, that they kept asking questions about customers, when it was not a customer facing role. I asked if by customer, they meant the person i would be assisting, but they said they meant customers in general. Very strange and nothing to do with the role I had applied for.
They are looking for personality ,energy and eagerness to develop and achieve Competency based questions What skills can you bring and are they transferable
What approach do you take when you are trying to convince a team to cooperate effectively?
Usual questions like: why did you apply here? Why should we hire you? And so on.. very typical questions and no tests.
