They asked about my background and were mainly interested in finding out more about my experience than any “tricky” questions. At the level I was interviewing, I honestly had more formal questions for them than them for me. They did ask me what my hobbies are, which made sense for a creative job.

I was asked about how my skills and experience matched up to the qualities outlined in the job description. A lot of time was spent discussing my approach as a creative practitioner and how I deal with the creative process.
